Not sure who the tree man is, but I brought the apple and pear down a couple weeks ago. Planted 2 new pears yesterday to pollinate eacother. If anyone has any suggestions as to a type of tree they would like to see, I would be happy to accomodate on one of my visits.

Just my small part when I see all that DCV does.

BTW, why doesn't DCV file a petition for a TRO against implementation of WEMO? It seems to me that enough of you members have evidence to prove that BLM has not followed its mandated duties in creating the plan. You just need one hearing to issue a TRO because an initial TRO is issued based on the likelyhood of your success in the lawsuit. It sucks that the only way you can get government to do its job is to sue it, but it seems like now the only problems that government agencies want to handle are the problems caused by lawsuits; the more you work with them without filing a suit the more they think they can delay you and make you forget.

Is it money thats needed to file suit?

Finally, one work about Mike Castro, whom I DO NOT know. If he legally rents the land where the toll booth sits, and no one likes him, why not just rent the land from the owners for a higher rent, and drive him out?
