DCV September Meeting

Hi DCV Members,

Deep Creek Volunteers will be having their September meeting this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. close to the Arizona pool. Here is the proposed agenda.

1) Membership changes since last month
2) Report on The Naturist Society's gathering
3) Review of proposed changes to our brochure that will be submitted to the USFS.
4) Discuss plans for proposed photo shoot for the DCV logo (possibly to
coincide with our October meeting)
5) Discuss the cost of grafitti removal and how to cover it.
6) Discuss the aproval process to pay expenses from DCV funds.
7) Discuss upcoming events and the proposed schedule of meetings for the
upcoming months to work around the holidays.
8) Other issues.


I would also like to give you heads up that a group of Las Vegas Bares are
planning to visit DCHS on Columbus Day, October 12.
