Rick ,you are correct about Scenic. Oh My God was on BLM land, so there has been precedence for closing a hot spring on public land. As you know, I'm an active defender of keeping Deep Creek open. And I agree with your opinions about Mike Castro. It seems suspicious to me that Arizona Mike keeps defending Mike Castro. It's also my understanding that Mike Castro does not "own" Bowen Ranch as Arizona Mike states.
