If DCHs Inc is the owner, then Mike Castro is violating the law. I seem to recall Katrina mentioning a long time ago that she tried to have Mike evicted. Apparently it didn't work. I don't know if the reasons have more to do with the alleged corruption in the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department or with the fear of retaliation from Mike in response to his removal.
