Mike Castro rents the land from Fred Moss. Fred Moss is pretending that he owns the Bowen Ranch. I have a copy of the proposed lease (proposed when Gary Roe and I went to meet with Fred Moss) which actually shows the Apple Valley Ranch with an address of 6221 Bowen Ranch Road.

I have studied this situation thoroughly and have substantial documents. The parcels owned by Fred Moss are 0433-101-03 and 0433-101-04. The Bowen Ranch building attained its own parcel number in the 1970's when the judgment was issued. The parcel number for the building is 0433-101-03-Z001.
