Is Summit Valley Road a paved or dirt road? If it is a dirt road is it drivable with a car or is truck advisable? I drove my car (a Saturn) up Bowen Ranch Road yesterday (3/8), it was rough with three small spots where water was still flowing over the road but my car made it through without any problems. If Summit Valley Rd. is a dirt road is it in about the same shape as Bowen Ranch Rd.?
