Exit I-15 at 138 and head towards Silver Lake. After the summit turn left on Summit Valley Rd. (at the little store). This will take you into Hesperia and you can get to Bowen Ranch Rd. via Rock Springs and Roundup Way.
N.B. Rock Springs Rd. is closed at the Mojave River until the water level goes down and they re-build the road.
