Thanks for the FOJF monthly report. With all the activity going on up there, it is amazing that BLM management continues to allow Chief Ranger Nelson to deploy his rangers mainly at the OHV Open Areas, such as Dumont Dunes, Johnson Valley, and El Mirage. Meanwhile, problem areas such as Juniper Flats are virtually unpatrolled.
