The original report 12/25/01 had left out some details to a minor altercation between property owner of the Bowen Ranch and the woman parked in car. It was discovered that the car was parked along Bowen Ranch Road next the far end of the property boundary. The ranch owner went over to see why the car was parked there and to see what, if any, activities were taking place. The property owner of the ranch said he was curious about why the car there in the first place. Could it be that someone was illegally camping there, because there was a camper shell on the vehicle. Was someone there trespassing on his property to hunt or hike to hot springs and etc............
As he approached the vehicle, a woman came out of nowhere and started to scream obscenities at him. I minor exchange of words and hand jestures apparently went back and forth between the two parties. The property owner was the first turn and leave the area. The woman at about the same time left in her car. Come to find out she resides not far from the Bowen Ranch.

Question now is the woman going to stay home and mind her own business or is she going to continue to harass the property owner in the future?
Perhaps the woman in question here can seek some medical help. There are wonderful medications out there that deal with mind disorders. Paxil is one and a Medical Doctor would be great starting point.
