Remember Hotspringer Roe's story from two weeks ago? Hotspringer Roe was on public land hiking around the Bowen Ranch when Mike Castro opens up with his semi-automatic rifle (see Bullets Fly Over Hotspringer's Head). Hotspringer Roe said the bullets ricocheted over his head. Pretty dangerous stuff.
I guess the "peace" that LaughingBear is always referring to is the peace of an early grave for anyone who does not pay Mike Castro's $4 toll. Hotspringer Roe was only trying to get to the springs in 'one piece'.
