DCHS forum problems

I have now been experiencing problems in using the DCHS forum. Every time I access it now it shows all the post as being new. Also now the post always come up as the " expanded view " and not the " flat view " that I am used to using. Before it would always come up as flat view. Also now I have to login everytime I access if I want to post. That was not the case before. I'm wondering if the problem is on my end or if its with the DCHS forum site ? Maybe these are the kind of problems that were mentioned by others on the forum recently.
