"J1299 will be open the process was completed. My inside operative is called the West Mojave Route Designation Task Group 2 incase you have forgotten. But I really dont remember you in attendance much; if ever during the main work of it. Of course you and yours were quick to show up when the maps came out."
My response:
Of course you didn't see me at the "main work of it". Although I am the primary private stakeholder on Juniper Flats, I and others were excluded until the maps were published. As a deliberate smokescreen, J1299 was not even on the published map.
The "Done Deal", put together by "inside operatives" favored by Barry Nelson (such as Task Group 2). It was entered into the Amended Decision Record without public review. Over 90 persons filed objection to this subversion of public process, but only those having made previous comments were allowed a voice.
I do not stand alone on these issues.
And no, I did not lump equestrian users together. I said that the majority of them are respectable.
I was raised on a ranch. 2 1/2 or 5 acres is a city lot, not a ranch. As for your suggestion that I sell out, I was here long before you and Ranger Nelson.
Don't hold your breath waiting for me to leave. You'll need it when you start shouting again.
