I have not heard from Jennifer for about a month. We don't talk daily you know. Sounds like you know more than I do.
It is typical of SB law enforcement to not examine footprints when they want to. I had a news article one time where the SB sheriff used footprints to solve a crime. So they do it when they want to. However, when footprints were available during the incident where Mike Castro chased Gary Roe with a gun, the SB sheriff failed to investigate or identify the footprints that time. Maybe we will have to learn how to make casts ourselves or hire private investigators.
Now, I do know that Jennifer has said that there are some fences that are existing up there that legally need to be removed. They were put up during the Devil Canyon fire. I do know that Jennifer has had conversations with the BLM about the legal removal of fences. There are regulations and laws about how long fences can be erected and for what purposes.
What is the purpose of the fence around Cottonwood Springs, was it to protect the spring from the cattle? Are there any cattle up there currently?
The BLM are mandated by Congress to encourage the multiple use of the public lands.
