Ron:
I just noticed something in the brochure that I am sorry I missed when I proofread it, but you will probably want to change it. It is on the back page under the (Name of Group) heading. The first sentence reads: (Name of Group) is a volunteer organization that exists to preserve and protect Deep Creek Hot Springs for our children and grand children as they exist today.
Proposed change to read: (Name of Group) is a volunteer organization that exists to preserve and protect Deep Creek Hot Springs as they exist today for our children and grandchildren.
Reason for change: The original wording suggests that it is the children and grandchildren that we are seeking to preserve, since that noun is the antecedent for the pronoun "they." Also, grandchildren is usually written as one word, although I know of no rule that says it must be so.
