Saturday Stats

Just Saturday Stats only.

1.) Weather was warm, but not too warm. Almost perfect!

2.) 38 tourists from the Green Tortoise bus at the springs.

3.) Soaking Pools still too hot to comfortably soak in for any length of time.

4.) Creek was wonderful, all had a relaxing time in the creek, even though it was still a bit on the murky / muddy side yet.

5.) Not too much in the way trash at the springs.

6.)Cleaned the entire hot water path coming from the source/s of the Arizona Pool. No obstructions in the way now.

7.) A rattlesnake of almost caught just a short distance up from the Anniversary Pool. Took place about 6PM.

8.) At 7PM Ranger Brad and Sheriff Scott stopped in the inform all at the springs that the day had ended and was time to leave or be ticketed. One group of visitors had tents up and were given a ticket from Ranger Bran.


Note: Watch for rattlesnakes this time of year in the later part of the day near or at the hot springs.

Do not camp at the hot springs!
