Mike Castro vs. Deep Creek Hot Springs, Inc.

The above greeting is from a lawsuit case number VCVVSO 18228. Mike Castro filed a cross-complaint in the Bates' Wrongful Death Lawsuit against DCHS, Inc. alleging defamation and intentional inflict of emotional distress. This filing appears to have been intended as a menace and used to bring in DCHS, Inc. website into the case to then use it against Widow Bates. Mike Castro and his attorney intentionally never served DCHS, Inc. with the lawsuit. I know because I was there at court on several occasions and available for service.

The real issue here is whether or not Mike Castro and his associates have committed and are continuing to commit violent crimes in the high desert. The controversy over whether these allegations are true or not has been left unresolved because the appropriate authorities have obstructed justice (in my opinion) and have not appropriately filed criminal charges against Mike Castro.

This lack of appropriate action has left these questions unanswered and covered up. Our main goal is to have these issues examined through legal processes. We are still continuing with our efforts to have this done.

I believe Mike Castro has been personally involved with two attempted murders, numerous "bump and rob" incidents in various locations, false imprisonment, brandishing a firearm, discharge of firearm, terrorists threats, extortion over forcing tolls under threat of violence and/or arrest, interference with a murder investigation, filed false criminal charges against individuals in retaliation for going to the appropriate authorities and maybe, just maybe car vandalism. And, he can get away with all these crimes. So far.

Katrina is willing to say that Mike Castro is feuding with Katrina/DCHS, Inc. concerning our reporting and exposing his crimes against the people who enjoy the hotsprings. For Katrina's part in the alleged "feud" she has and will continue to go to the appropriate authorities. For Mike Castro's part of the feud, he has threatened physical violence, made death threats, committed physical violence, and filed false criminal charges against the citizens who oppose his behavior.

A dictionary definition of a feud "A lasting state of hostilities between Clans marked by violent attacks for revenge."

Richard Channing, Jobe and Gary Roe have all gone to the appropriate authorities with complaints concerning Mike Castro's violence in the Deep Creek Area. Mike Castro has reacted by assaulting Richard Channing then filing false assault charges (later dismissed), was involved in initiating criminal charges against Jobe (later dismissed), threatening Jobe with death, then the vandalism to his vehicle occurs and a message "don't' come back," by chasing, menacing and kicking Gary Roe on motorcycles causing Gary Roe to crash and receive injuries, chasing him with his gun drawn and threatening him. Mike Castro is holding real property "the Bowen Ranch Buildings" owned by DCHS, Inc. (formerly owned by Mrs. Bowen, we are defending her interest) with legal menace and violent threats.

Then Mike Castro's supporters (associate gang members????? Penal Code Section 186.22) are on this forum approving and ratifying random violence and even Mike Castro's violent acts are somehow justified.

If the appropriate government agencies are using Mike Castro to provide "security" we should all be concerned.

You, the people who enjoy the springs, are the true victims. You have been denied access to the truth (hidden from you) and has lead to our division. Our division has left us unable to successfully defend our rights and seek solutions at the Hot Springs.

If you are truly caring human beings, you really would not find the reality of this violence acceptable for Deep Creek Hot Springs. I am sorry to say the violence is very real. Deep Creek Hot Springs deserves better.
