You ask if these are facts or hearsay.There are many facts this is one of them : 7 years ago a good friend of mine caught joe rubbing baby oil on his 8 year old daughters back whilst asking her to count the hairs on her vagina and he was telling her all about his scrotum. She had a friend with her. He felt this was appropriate to discuss with 8 year old girls without permission from and out of sight of their parents.He also felt it was just fine to touch them. my friend had brought his daughter to the springs since she was a baby. He hasn't returned since he filed the police report. Since all Joe did was speak to the girls ( he has to actually hurt them physically for it to count, apparently)the police couldn't prosecute. There is a police report filed in S.B. county to that effect. There were numerous complaints from parents of young girls who had come through Bowen Ranch that I personally spoke with.The complaints were always the same.
