Laughing Bear,
I hope what you say is true. However, I just read in the newspaper that the Dept of agriculture just had a 9.6 % revenue decress proposal. B.L.M is funded by the dept. of agriculture. Where is the money going to come from? Also Hesperia and Apple Valley are sending off road vehicles out of town, i.e. to Juniper Flats. Perhaps the county sherriffs can help out? I would not bet on that.
I hope vigalantes do not have to be activated.
Sorry if I sound negative, just trying to be realistic.
