This is not a civilized solution to solve our differences. The public process through the BLM is supposed to be the solution. The BLM are mandated to resolve conflicts not create them.
I really believe that the BLM's improper handling of J1299 has caused this conflict. For right now, J1299 is a legal trail according to the BLM.
Currently the BLM's handling of this decision is under examination and hopefully there will be a fair examination of the facts. When the investigation is completed and a decision is made, I hope that everyone will respect the decision.
If people disagree there are always legal and peaceful avenues to try.
