A PACIFIC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WAS LOCATED NEAR BAJA CALIFORNIA THIS
AFTERNOON. IT WILL MOVE NORTHEAST AND SPREAD PERIODS OF RAIN INTO
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHWEST ARIZONA BEGINNING BY LATE
TONIGHT...AND SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA INCLUDING THE GREATER PHOENIX
AREA LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.

A STRONGER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM THAT WAS NEAR THE CALIFORNIA COAST
THIS AFTERNOON WILL SPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE AREA WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE GENERALLY EXPECTED TO RANGE LESS THAN A
TENTH OF AN INCH WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS UP TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.

GREATER RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED WITH THE SECOND SYSTEM IN
JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK...EASTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY...LA PAZ
COUNTY...AND SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA INCLUDING THE GREATER PHOENIX
AREA WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...GENERALLY RANGING
FROM 2 TENTHS OF AN INCH TO A THIRD OF AN INCH...BUT WITH WELL
OVER A HALF INCH IN SOME LOCATIONS. AND...ANOTHER TENTH TO TWO TENTHS
OF AN INCH IS POSSIBLE IN SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA THURSDAY MAINLY EAST
OF THE PHOENIX AREA WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS OVER A HALF INCH POSSIBLE.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK THE LATEST FORECASTS AND WEATHER
UPDATES IN CASE ANY WATCHES...WARNINGS...OR ADVISORIES ARE ARE ISSUED
PARTICULARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.

URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORIES WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO BE
ISSUED...ESPECIALLY FOR SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA INCLUDING THE GREATER
