How have the crowds been at the DC?

Hello all. I haven't been to Deep Creek in at least 4 years, mostly because I live far away in Valencia. But when I was going frequently, I had noticed that the springs were getting pretty crowded and well known, to the point where bus-tours were even bringing in herds of European tourists. Quite a bummer, IMO. How has it been lately? For a regular Saturday, are we talking 10 people or 50? Are the locals still taking care of the springs, keeping it clean, etc. (BTW, many thanks and kudos to the locals, and those of us who aren't locals but haul out trash even when it isn't ours)?
