I saw that Jobe reported that a regular named John was down at DCHS last weekend and he comes form the Lake Arrowhead area down HWY 173. So it would appear that 173 is open to the Kinnely Creek bridge from that direction. The Bradford Ridge Trail starts from near that bridge. I would think that HWY 173 is most likely closed on its dirt section which is from just west of the Kinely Bridge down to the flat lands near the Mohave Forks Dam. That part of 173 goes along very steep hillsides which are prone to rock and dirt slides in heavy rain. The last time I went up that way before the big storm I was just able to make it through around tight spots caused by falling rocks.
