Now that the Bowen Ranch Road is about as smooth as a road in a war zone, my little four cylinder car is going to have to take a different route. Can I get directions to the other parking area that requires the Forest Pass or whatever it is, as well as information on obtaining this pass, and any other information that I should know as well.
