What can we do to help DCHS on Sat?

I am going to try to get to the springs on Saturday. Is there anything I can do to help with the flood clean up at the springs? I saw Wizard's awesome flood pictures and from the looks of it I imagine the pools will be pretty filled up with sediment and debris. If I do make it down there would it be okay to start clearing out some of the sticks and logs jammed in the chute between the two pools? Also how have you cleared the sediment out from the pools in the past when there has been flooding like this? Where is a good spot to deposit the materials taken out of the pools?
