The group was working to prevent the forestry from demolishing the tubs. The decision to revoke the springs' CO status was made in secret without any public input. Actually, a local cop (Jay as I was told) has been harassing folks for almost 2 years already. The decision just gave them more incentives as the fine is huge ($5,000) to endorse more vigorously.
