The issue is certainly in the spotlight. Since there is a vigilant group of local individuals scrutinizing the BLM decision process, I believe it may affect the current spagetti bowl OHV route proposal currently on the table. The final proposal may look quite different once the GPS route mapping is completed. One thing is for sure, it will illistrate how big the problem of non complient OHV abuse is in the area.
