drink lotsa water

I was leaving my place on wensday and encountered an ambulance that was lost.It seems that there was a report of a hiker in distress near the warm springs.Anyway,being an RN I guided them to the Bowen trailhead and the rescue people were clueless as to what and where.I got the story down the trail that once again,someone had too much fun and sun.Mount @!#$ won again.So,lets ecourage everyone to sober up and drink lots of water before hiking.The cool of evening is best.Help is a long ways away
