VICTORVILLE • A judge ordered two Victor Valley taggers convicted of spray-painting graffiti on a concrete flood control wall in the Deep Creek Spillway to pay $1,000 for restitution.
The prosecution was asking for $25,000 in damages on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which maintains the Mojave Dam, Deputy District Attorney Shannon Faherty said.
