I used Bowen ranch road last Sunday and it was in fairly good condition as far as dirt roads go. Water was still crossing the road in 2 places but it was not dangerously deep.
Highway 173 is closed from near the spillway up to where it is paved again. About 1.3 miles past the shooting range coming from the Lake Arrowhead side. Or only the dirt portion of that narrow not so high way.
