Really sad. I have know Dave for 45 years and I was trying to see what happened to him when I found this thread. I guess I am not surprised it came to this. He has had drug, alcohol, and mental health issues as long as I have known him. His father committed suicide when he was young and he was never the same. I hope this works out for everyone involved
