Bill, 420 is the new slang for weed. The urban legend is that it developed when students from a high school in San Rafael smoked weed every day after school at 4:20. Other theories abound, but if you ever go to Craigslist, you will see people refer to being "420 friendly" all the time. I gave up weed years ago and have been naturally high on life ever since!
