Well, DUH !!!
Who ever is causing that trouble is simple minded, out of touch and unnatural. Just like the judge in this news article.
In these times of declining monetary worth these seals were there 1st.
Just because some rich dead woman had something in her will 100 years ago should not preclude these Harbor Seal rights. Their (the Seals) rights should be sealed for ever :-)
It just goes to show how one persons bitching can cause reputable harm FOREVER !
