This is good news, but the battle is not over yet. There will be future public hearings to determine the future of clothing optional use at San Onofre as well as whether the Cahill Policy can legally stand as a regulation. Nevertheless, congrats go out to Allen Baylis and the other attorneys as well as all of us who wrote letters to Ruth Coleman and State Parks in protest.
