Ir Mr Mc Millon's statement were true, why is the BLM concerned with the safety of FOJF volunteers working under a co-operative aggreement?
Could it be they are concerned with the increase in overt hostility from non compliant OHV users directed at BLM personel in the Juniper Sub region?
