Puertocitos is still a nice soak.. The road from San Felipe to Puertocitos was paved, but it was such a thin layer of asphalt that it broke up badly and got very potholed. The graded dirt road is actually better.
Also check out Guadalupe Hot Springs. They have a website. The turnoff is somewhere near La Rumorosa betwen Tecate Tijuana. I've heard its great!
