I think this is my first post.
Sunday morning was bright and sunny at my home in the East San Gabriel Valley. Looked like a great day for a trip to the springs.
The weather turned to overcast as I got to the pass. Hesperia was overcast and cold.
Road conditions where good.
I drove down to the springs trail head and the sun was shining. The breez was cold but the sun felt good.
The hiking trail down to the springs was beautiful with yellow, white, and purple flowers.
The stream crossing was very cold and about chest high.
I didn't think I needed sun block, so I got a good sun burn just on my back and right hip and legg. My legg looks like I leaned up against something hot!
All and all a great day at the springs! Worth the trip!
I can't wait for my next trip!
