Hello Kevin :-) Once I thought about it a bit more after I posted my question to you, I remembered that the bright green Alder trees to the right of the jumping person, were dead last year, summer 2004, so it had to be at least the year before, summer 2003, or earlier. That grass island in the creek was also only around from about 2001, thru 2004. All the Alders in the area of the bright green ones in your photo have died suddenly for some reason. Too bad, because as you can see in your photo, they were a real treat for the eyes! Regarding your other photos, I am one who certainly enjoys outdoor scenes, and especially DCHS.
