Yeah, don't worry about that Rock Springs road, we got a Man To Mars mission to fund. 11,000 vehicles daily across rock springs road is really nothing, when you think about it, compared to spending 50 billion dollars or so, to get a couple of us Carbon Units on that Good Ol Red Planet, one way! As our ever dependable leaders would say, its all about the priorities!
