Not much nude hiking that close to Palm Springs. Tahquitz Canyon and Agua Caliente are strictly textile. Some people take the tramway to the top and hike in a few miles, then hike nude. Depends on the season and the number of clothed hikers you may encounter. If you are into group nude hiking Google nude hiking Palm Springs to find Ron Gilbert's group. They do a lot of nude hiking in Mecca Hills out there and he knows specifically where to go.
