Pallazoville will appeal to those hardy innocents who are moving their real estate equity to the desert. The expanses of glass facing west in many of the houses could be an energy saver, as your microwave may find little utility in summer. However, if you expect to eat that burrito in comfort, buy stock in SCE.

(Or maybe the developer's plan is for the road dust to eventually obscure the glass.)
