Zeno of Elea nailed this one down a couple millennia ago mas o menos. Time and space are illusions created by the mind to interpret the universe in a logical manner for us. As Zeno proposed: in order to get to the springs you must first get half way there and to do that you must get a quarter of the way there and so on. There are an infinite amount of tasks needed to get to the springs and it is impossible to do so by measurement. A foot has an infinite distance as it can be divided into an eternity of parts and it only exists because we need it to, otherwise doesn't matter.

The universe exists in the eyes of the observer. There is nothing in your refrigerator except electro-magnetic potential energy until you open the door and observe it.

The springs are there and truly only exist in our mind where there are experienced by us the observers and it is my own findings that the hike and springs are best observed without clothes in the nude as it were so our whole being can observe, feel and experience them in a pure sensual naturism. They are a place where you can feel you hit the galactic lottery everyday. In all the universe and its eternal possibilities we who arrive at the springs are the lucky ones to have found such an Eden in our minds and spirit. Love them, respect them and cherish them for they are unique to the universe.

Namaste everybody
Jim
