Parking spot question

What do they call the area at the bottom of the ranch hill where I always seem to see a few cars parked? It is right near where you go through the fence. Every time I hike out I look a those cars and then look up atthe last hill to the ranch and wish I was parked there. Especially when it is 95 out. Thanks for any answers in advance.
