We are considering driving up for a day trip from San Diego. We are family of three. Wondering if anyone has done this back and forth in one day, is this doable with traffic? Looks like five hours roundtrip. While I'm sure it's worth it not sure about traffic, timing etc. Might get a hotel for a night.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
