The Bradford Ridge Trail when you near the edge of the Deep Creek canyon and begin descending, splits in to two directions. Using the shorter steeper route to the right from parking to the springs is more like about two and a half miles. In my experience going that route takes about 20 minutes longer to get to the springs than the trail down from the Bowen Ranch.
