Naked Man, These are complicated issues and in a lot of ways the " truth " is hard for us to find. I think we should be patient and careful in trying to understand these problems and in time we will hopefully find ourselves closer to the " truth ". I am not that knowledgeable about the fine points of the easement and ownership issues being discussed. I will just have to watch and see which side shows itself to have seen things more clearly.
