Thats an excellent explantation Katrina. The aquisition of the rights to the Bowen Ranch and surrounding easement shows itself to be ( to my mind ) nothing more sinister than a simple transfer of ownership rights. I know arguments will continue as to the intentions of DCHS Inc but they appear to have aquired these ownership rights in a completely legal manner. If some folks are mad about this then there disatisfaction should be targeted at the ownership laws.
