Anyone with money can file a lawsuit against anyone and claim whatever they wish. One would think that Big Bear Lake with its resident Bald Eagles is habitat for these fish eaters. I guess the developer feels we need more condos and the USFS believes they will impact our national bird in a negative way. Either way...the lawyers win.
