We will be holding our October meeting tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. at the springs. In view of the fires burning in the Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga area please use caution when driving up. If the predicted Santa Ana wind conditions really kick up, the fires could get worse and there could be further freeway closures. So if you are driving up form the valley and can't make it you can still give your input on the Forum after the meeting. I am sure Sycamore and other local members can have the meeting just the same, even if us valley and coastal folks are missing.
The plan would be to have a short meeting and then proceed to do some simple projects.

1) Update on the new brochure box that AZ Mike was working on.
2) Discuss complaint about cattail removal - What are appropriate projects for DCV members
3) Camping and fires at the springs - Should we take a more proactive position
4) Other Issues

a) Destroy any fire pits on both sides of the creek
b) Trash collection
Just a reminder that DCV members are open to anyone that would like to participate in a positive dialog.
We will post our minutes after the meeting.
