Paul, The USFS states that nudity is accepted practiced anywhere within the Deep Creek drainage. In our meeting this weekend I am going to ask more specifically what the definition of the Deep Creek Drainage is, for example does this cover all the ground where water would work its way down to deep creek or just along Deep Creek itself. As far as the hike to DCHS when visiting. Its advisable to just get dressed before you come across any open routes ( dirt roads ) since the BLM and the Sheriff Dept who at times frequent the open routes do not take the same view of the nudity in these areas. These agencies take the position that the nudity is against State law. If you take this one precaution you should have no problems doing your hike nude. Good Luck :-)
