Hello Craig, Any plans for a trip up to DCHS? Maybe someday well get a chance to meet up there. Its been another fine summer of good trips to that great place. Its been very dry in the hills surrounding Deep Creek but the plant life along the creek has been growing well because of the extra nutrients from the extra mud and soot that washed into the creek two years ago from floods. There's been a bright green grass area in the creek just downstream from the Crab Cooker pool which has been very scenic all summer. We may get some good rains this winter because of a moderate El Nino. I always find it interesting to see the changes weather and time bring to the Creek and the springs.
